How Easy You Can Obtain Mountain Gorilla Tracking Permits This Year.

To track the mountain gorillas of Uganda in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest or Mghahinga gorilla national park, you need to obtain a gorilla permit which is issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). You should put in mind that the African Mountain Gorillas in Uganda stands as the major tourism attraction to most of the tourists who visit the country. The mountain gorilla permits are much sought after you have decided to go and track the gorillas. The price you should pay to obtain a gorilla permit
Like the Republic of Rwanda which increased her gorilla permits to 750 dollars, Uganda also increased  her gorilla permits from 500 US dollars to 600 US dollars. The issuing authority however still remains the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). To obtain this permit, you need to book in advance and pay in advance to avoid inconveniences as there are many people to buy them. This means that when you buy in advance, it will help you to obtain this permit and avoid embarrassments which may occur when you book in advance like telling you that the permits for that specific date are not there. Such embarrassments should be avoided only when you book and buy your gorilla permit in advance. This must be also a campaigned with accommodation thus you must book and pay for accommodation in advance.  Note that your accommodation should correspond with the family or group of the gorilla you are going to trek.  If you book and pay for a far accommodation from the gorilla family, it will mean that you will have to incur extra costs to reach there. Therefore, you should take note of this seriously to avoid extra charges when you are in the country for gorilla tracking expedition. Also to obtain these gorilla permits, you should be at least 15 years of age. This is the age which you should at least be to be given a gorilla permit in Uganda to go and view the gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mghahinga gorilla national park.
