Why Uganda Has Been Named As One Of The Top International Tourism Destination

Following the Global Tourist destination Carnival which was held in Haikou which is the capital of Hainan province in People’s Republic of china, Uganda was ranked as one of the top 10 international tourist destinations. This often happens every   year and is organized by organized by China Travel service. This is a government organization in China. Its main aim is to promote tourism in partnership with the Haikou Municipal government and the national Geographical channel, as well as the South Korean subscription television channel. This year, during the meeting, Uganda was declared as one of the top 10 international tourism destinations. This was based on the fact that Uganda has got a number of tourism attractions which are found in her national parks, with gorilla tracking being the most paramount activity in the country in the national parks of Bwindi Impenetrable forest and Mghahiga Gorilla national park. The conference also so many people from the Chinese government  looking at the countries in East Africa, Uganda in particular as a paramount and preferred tourism destination. This in turn has helped at increasing the number of tourists making safaris to Uganda, Kenya and the Republic of Rwanda. Those visiting Uganda and Rwanda come specifically for gorilla trekking while those visiting Kenya come to see the wild best migration among other attractions. Following the information which was revealed by the World Bank, it was revealed that the government of China has got a population of about 1.4 billion people. This population has seen Uganda as a stable market to accommodate the tourists from china. However, there was an urge to train most people about Chinese language so that the potentially become guides to the Chinese tourists when they come to Uganda since it was the most preferred destination in Africa as it was ranked  among the top 10 tourism destination which any tourist cannot afford to miss. What made the government of China to make Uganda among the 10 top tourism destinations was because of her unique wildlife and nature. The country’s culture was also very rich and the security very perfect. All these made Uganda to be ranked among the top 10 best international tourism destination.

Following the Indaba which is the largest tourism marketing events on the African calendar and one of the three main events of the global calendar, the pearl of Africa got a silver medal. Among the recognition, CNN also ranked d Uganda as one of the 16 global destinations to visit. It was recognized at the ITB Berlin conference, which is one of the largest tourism conventions and made gorilla trekking the most superior activity in the country. Other attractions which were observed in the country to attract tourists include; chimpanzees, birds, cultural diversity, wildlife excursions, friendly people and many more.  In the conference which was selected in Okavango Delta in Botswana in Africa, still Uganda was recommended as the top international destinations one cannot afford to miss.
In conclusion therefore, since Uganda was chosen among the best top 10 international destinations by the Chinese government, Chinese tourists will have travelers to Uganda from China to experience the best Uganda has to offer for tourism. Chinese tourists will not afford to miss Murchison falls national park which has many wildlife species like the lions, Rhinos, leopards, tigers and many more, Bwindi impenetrable national park with lots of mountain gorillas, Kibale national park with many primate species including the chimpanzees, Kidepo national park, Mgahinga national park, Ssemliki national park famous for birding and many more attractions within the country.
